The archway is prominent and symbolic of the dominant architectural feature of our church.
Number "1"
The number "1" honors our history and connection to the city of Farmington. Additionally, the number "1" resembles an open door reminding us of our core values to WELCOME and CONNECT with people. It is a nod to the slogan of the United Methodist Church: Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors.
Cross and Flame
The Cross and Flame (the official symbol of The United Methodist Church sits inside the number "1" connecting us to our Christian and denominational heritage.
Colors
The colors honor Farmington's agricultural roots (green), the uniqueness of residing in the Great Lakes State (blue), and the royalty of Christ (purple).
