Guiding Force Youth Ministry

Youth are not the church of tomorrow, rather they are important contributors in the life the church today.

Guiding Force Youth Group

Guiding Force is the name for our youth group, which meets Sunday afternoon. The group discusses how lessons from the bible apply to and inform the challenges youth face daily.

Confirmation

Between ages 13-15, youth will meet with a group of their peers, adult leaders, and the Director of Christian Education to learn about the Christian faith, the United Methodist denomination and our church. 1

Youth Missions Trips

Each year, youth gather with adult volunteers, for mission trips. The trips allow our youth to be the hands and feet of Christ, locally and nationally. Our youth regularly participate with Appalachia Service Project, and Motown Mission of Detroit.
