2022 Church S.M.A.R.T. Goals

People matter to God, and we have accepted the challenge of communicating that important message in what we say and in what we do. To welcome, connect, disciple and serve is our mission, that the world might be transformed. To that end, we have adopted the following S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timebound) Goals for 2022:

1. 80% (88 members) of our worshipping congregation actively involved in a

plan for personal spiritual development.

2. 50% (55 members) of our worshipping congregation committed to

extending authentic hospitality during worship.

3. 45% (50 members) of our worshipping congregations seeking to build

intentional connections with people within their sphere of influence.

I invite each of you to prayerfully consider the ways you will partner with God to position our church for growth. For those that will commit to be a part of the critical mass of congregation that will devote themselves to personal spiritual development, to genuinely welcome guests and to intentionally connect with others. I ask you to complete the "Positioned For Growth" Covenant.
